Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring they are securely stored inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
